Location: LeatherheadContract: Full-Time, Permanent RoleSalary: £26,500 Per AnnumHours: 37.5 hours per week, rotational shift pattern between 7am - 8pm (5 shifts of 7.5 hours)

This is more than just a call-handling role, it's about providing reassurance, clarity, and excellent service to residents across the UK.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer incoming calls and provide updates on scheduled maintenance and repair works.
- Offer clear guidance and support to residents, ensuring a consistent and professional experience.
- Accurately log all calls and update internal systems.
- Escalate complex queries to the appropriate teams.
- Support with general administrative tasks as needed.
What You'll Bring:
Essential:
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths & English
- Previous experience in customer service and administration
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
Desirable:
- Customer Service qualifications
- Fire Warden, First Aid, or Display Screen Equipment training
- Confident and professional telephone manner
