We have a great opportunity for a Compliance Manager to join our Health and Safety team working at Heathrow.
The Compliance Manager is an important part of the team and helps make sure all work is carried out in line with regulations and company standards. This role involves monitoring compliance, supporting site teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely and correctly.
About you
- Professional qualifications such as a NEBOSH National General Certificate or NCRQ, alongside professional memberships like IOSH.
- Deep understanding of life safety and environmental regulations.
- Ability to distill complex regulations into actionable steps and report effectively to senior management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to identify hazards, mitigate risks, and push continuous improvement.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all work meets compliance standards and risks are properly identified and managed.
- Previous experience working on civils infrastructure projects.
