Spanish Speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent
Location: Hybrid, Canary Wharf, London (3 days in the office)
Salary: 12.79 per hour + uncapped commission
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rota basis
TeamJobs is recruiting for a Spanish Speaking Sales & Customer Service Agent to join a successful customer contact team based in Canary Wharf.
This is a sales focused role where you'll convert inbound enquiries into holiday bookings, provide outstanding customer service, and maximise sales through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Following full training, you'll work in a hybrid environment with excellent opportunities for career progression.
Key Responsibilities
Converting inbound enquiries into bookings
Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable holiday packages
Upselling additional products and services
Managing booking amendments, cancellations and confirmations
Following up leads and supporting sales activity
Maintaining accurate customer records
Working towards individual and team sales targets
About You
Fluent in Spanish and English
Previous sales and/or customer service experience
Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
Target-driven and commercially minded
Organised with good attention to detail
Experience within travel, hospitality or tourism would be beneficial
