Customer Success Manager - London / Hybrid

An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing data and analytics business within the global aviation finance sector. The company is expanding its market intelligence and analytics offering to support a rapidly evolving industry and is looking for a Customer Success Manager to help deliver an outstanding client experience.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who enjoys building relationships, supporting customers and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll play a key role in onboarding clients, delivering product demonstrations and training, driving engagement and ensuring customers gain maximum value from the platform.

Ideal candidates will have:
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence presenting to clients and external stakeholders
• A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach
• The ability to learn new products and industries quickly
• Previous experience in customer success, client services, support or account management
