We are seeking an experienced Ocean Export Specialist who can hit the ground running and play a key role in delivering high-quality service to a diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end ocean export shipments
- Liaising with carriers, customers, and overseas agents
- Preparing and processing export documentation
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures
- Handling bookings, tracking shipments, and providing proactive updates to clients
- Resolving any operational issues efficiently and professionally
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Ocean Exports within a freight forwarding environment
- Strong knowledge of export documentation and processes
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
