Handyman

Staffright (Southend) are currently looking for a Handyman for a new build house site in Sudbury. This job will include working on site snagging and making good on new build housing properties. Jobs - Within this job role, you will need to be able to drill and take out locks in doors. You will also be replacing 5 locks within a show home. You will be required to bring: -Your own tools Pay Rate from 20 Qualifications Proven experience in general maintenance and repair tasks Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Proficiency in using hand and power tools Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work Excellent communication skills Responsibilities Perform a variety of maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, and carpentry. Inspect and troubleshoot issues in residential and commercial properties. Install fixtures, appliances, and furniture as needed. Ensure all repairs are completed to high standards and in a timely manner. Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
