Quantity Surveyor

A contractor based in West London is currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, working on a range of drylining, fit-out, and painting projects.

Start Date: ASAP
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum
Hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday - Friday)
Contract: Permanent
Location: West London (with site visits as required)
Project Value: £500K - £2M
Duties:

• Managing commercial aspects of drylining, fit-out, and painting projects
• Overseeing project costs, valuations, and financial reporting
• Working with Tier 1 and Tier 2 principal contractors
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
• Visiting sites as required to monitor progress and costs

Package:

• 20 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
• Annual bonus
